Great Remote Internet access via i.phone or PC. Don’t bother within anyone else! Drop is clearly the market leader. Looked at another 800 lbs gorilla who makes some other products for my boat which are very high end but their their product line in this area does not compete and their app and tech support is not on par.

Drop products make it easy to manage your entire water treatment system. One of my favorites is the drop home protection valve. I have Honeywell Total Connect and we bridged it into this.

In addition, they have recently integrated with Home Assistant and now Universal Devices EISY (pronounced EASY). I have other company sensors around the house and the EISY shuts off my water if those are triggered.

Another feature is leak detection. I already had it tell me a toilet had a slow leak.

DROP Leak Detectors are great. I like the battery life and built-in temperature sensor.

I have not had a water leak since I installed the detectors. However, I tested and confirmed that they work great.

I’ve installed several of these systems now and absolutely love it!! It’s a total game changer, and it’s only getting better!! So excited to see what comes next!!

I had a customer that I recently installed the Drop pump control. We had a real cold snap and a couple pieces of his baseboard hydronic heat froze and split, so when it thawed the Drop noticed a constant flow and shut the water down and sent a notification. It totally saved his house from tens of thousands of dollars of damage!! It saved his entire house!! Drop is a must have for any home owner!! Especially if they are seasonal. But there’s so many other things the Drop can do!! I’m a huge fan!! Mr. Chandler is a genius!! Got to meet him a couple years ago and really look forward to getting back to Ashland, Ohio and seeing everyone!!
