Works very well. Water tastes much better and we use a lot less soap. Dishes come out spot free.

Absolutely love our Drop System! My Wife and I bought a new home back in March 2023 and immediately had it put in. Our installation was fantastic and our small detectors in the bathrooms have saved our butt several times! Customer Service has also been incredible!! Thank You!

My wife and I went to Miami in May of 2023 (just had DROP installed a month before) and my phone alerted me to a leak in the laundry room. With the help of our neighbor we were able to get it fixed from across the country, life saver!!

I love the no salt alarm, the continuous water feed alarm, and the water detection alarm. I was able to save $100/year on my new homeowners insurance policy by having the Drop system with leak detection.

My daughter was using a continuous stream of water to thaw some chicken and I was alerted to the alarm of too much time of operation without stopping the flow of water, and was able to train my daughter afterwards on the proper use of water and the proper way to thaw chicken.

I really like this product. It is great to be able to leave home, set the system to away, and know that if a leak is detected I will be notified, as well as the water valve shutting down. Also, because the leak detectors sense temperature, I can monitor the actual temperature wherever the detector is located, such as a crawl space. This is a great water softening system well worth the investment.
