I’ve installed several of these systems now and absolutely love it!! It’s a total game changer, and it’s only getting better!! So excited to see what comes next!!

I had a customer that I recently installed the Drop pump control. We had a real cold snap and a couple pieces of his baseboard hydronic heat froze and split, so when it thawed the Drop noticed a constant flow and shut the water down and sent a notification. It totally saved his house from tens of thousands of dollars of damage!! It saved his entire house!! Drop is a must have for any home owner!! Especially if they are seasonal. But there’s so many other things the Drop can do!! I’m a huge fan!! Mr. Chandler is a genius!! Got to meet him a couple years ago and really look forward to getting back to Ashland, Ohio and seeing everyone!!

Well it saved me last week when I got 2 alerts that there was a water problem ran downstairs and the hot water tank was leaking and I turned off the valve and the water stopped so very excited!!!

The NOTIFICATIONS are great knowing room temp, using the leak detectors and it has helped me understand our well pump pressure highs and lows each day. But the peace of mind of KNOWING the state of your water system.

I had a serious leak prior to the pump controller had I had the pump controller it COULD’VE turned off the well pump and prevented AT LEAST 75-80 PERCENT of the flooding we EXPERIENCED.

Love the unit. Especially the leak detectors. Being in the water business myself, I see a lot of damage caused by busted pipes and equipment.

My unit found a leaking drain under the kitchen sink well in advance of when anyone would have noticed it.
