Installation and setup were super easy, hardest part was probably creating the air gap for the drain line.

Purchased this after finding it referenced in the review for a different product. I was looking to solve a whole house auto-shutoff system but was also looking for a point of use RO unit for that. This has the added benefit of being a whole house filter and has a very long life on the filter media.

It was easy to install and you can see from the photo I did as minimal bends as possible in the PEX to avoid any impedance in the flow. There has been no impact to flow at all and the water tastes excellent. Additionally, their support has been top-notch and I even received an email back at 10:00PM on a Saturday night from their director of sales to answer some questions. That is one of the reasons I went with them – small, family owned, responsive and US-based.

I Love this product. My drinking water has never tasted so good. Really like how the app lets you know all of the DETAILS about whats going on. Gives you a monthly report and lets you know if theres a problem.

It has notified me when i left my garden hose running. Thank goodness it did!
